Private / Custom / Bulk orders: ship times will be discussed.
Domestic orders will most likely arrive within 2 to 7 days of posting the shipment; holidays and weather could extend transit time. Please check your tracking number provided in your email.
Shipping upgrades are available in the US, they do not move your order ahead of others, it is a shipping upgrade only.

Unfortunately every once in a while an order gets lost. You should receive an email with a tracking number once we ship your order.
Track the package on-line to see where it may be.
If it shows as delivered, check with your local post office. They can provide you with GPS tracking that shows exactly where your product was delivered.
If the package is lost AND you upgraded to Priority Mail we will file a claim and replace your order. Contact us as soon as possible.
Unfortunately, there are a lot of scammers out there. We will only replace items that have been lost when Priority Mail upgrade has been purchased.
Priority mail can be arranged, please inquire PRIOR to purchase.
You are responsible for any local customs and duties on your order. We are required by law to disclose the full value of the package contents and cannot alter this value. If an order is refused, no refunds will be given.
Orders shipped to destinations outside the US can at times take weeks or even months to arrive and unfortunately tracking is not available to all countries and can sometimes be incorrect; patience is a must for non-US orders.
* We do not ship our products out in fancy packaging, this allows us to keep our prices down.
* We are not responsible for lost packages or delays in transit.
* Please provide your order number in all emails, so we may better assist you.
